摘要
针对拖拉机覆盖件尺寸大、厚度薄、表面质量要求高,加工工序繁多,加工过程中易产生的起皱、破裂、减薄等质量问题的特点,以典型的拖拉机后围板为例,使用D Y N AFO R M软件模拟不同压边力的拉深过程,对成形极限图(FLD)和材料厚度图进行分析发现:调整压边力可以消除后围板拉深成形中易出现的起皱和破裂问题。用此法能显著加快模具设计的进程,并为模具数字化设计提供借鉴。
Aiming at the characteristics of tractor covers as large size, less depth, high surface quality and many Processing opera- tions. In addition, crack,inkle and thinning appear easily during processing of covers. Using the software Dynatbrm to simulate tile drawing process of tractor's back-wall board in different blank hold force, then, we analyze the images of FLD and sheet thick- ness distribution and find adjust the blank hold force can eliminate the crack and wrinkle of drawing of covers. Using this method can speed up and optimize the process of mold design, meanwhile it can Provide a reference for mold digital design.
