摘要
矿井火灾是煤矿的主要灾害之一,严重影响了煤矿安全生产。为了煤矿安全、高产、高效,结合易燃、超厚综采放顶工作面开采特点,通过对二氧化碳物理、化学性质以及惰化、吸附能力等方面进行分析,对比二氧化碳与氮气的灭火特点,探讨利用二氧化碳作为气相制备二氧化碳三相泡沫,并介绍了二氧化碳三相泡沫的组成、发泡原理、特点、灌浆工艺等;论述了二氧化碳三相泡沫应用于矿井火灾防治的实践,提出需要改良方案,为矿井火灾防治提供新方法。
The mine fire is one of main disasters in coal mine, has affected seriously safety production of the coal mine. In order to safety, the high production and highly effective in the coal mine, combines the mining characteristic of flammable and ultra thick fully mechanized caving coal working face, through carbon dioxide physics, chemical property as well as inerting, adsorptive capacity and other aspects carries out analysis, contrasts fire fighting characteristic of carbon dioxide and nitrogen, discusses using the carbon dioxide as the gas phase prepare carbon dioxide three -phase foam, and introduces composition, foaming principle, characteristic, grouting process and others of carbon dioxide three - phase foam. Expounds the carbon dioxide three - phase foam applies in preventing and controlling mine fire, puts forward need improvement scheme, for preventing and controlling mine fire provides the new method.
