摘要
外语学习策略的有效使用对学习者学习能力的培养、学习成绩的提高有很大的促进作用。对某理工大学非英语专业学生的学习策略的量化分析和研究表明,学习者学习策略的使用水平属中等,除了认知策略外,男女生的学习策略没有显著差异,高低分组使用的七种外语学习策略存在显著差异。母语策略和四级成绩呈显著负相关,其他六种学习策略和四级成绩呈显著正相关,元认知策略和补偿策略对四级成绩具有预测力,母语策略对四级成绩具有负预测力。该研究对英语教学有一定的启示,教师要加强学习策略的培训,提高学生的学习效率和效果。
English learners can develop their learning ability and improve academic achievements through the effective application of learning strategies.The statistic study of learning strategies among non-English majors in a Science and Technology University shows that:(1) Seven strategies are applied at the medium level;(2) There is no significant gender difference in all strategies but in cognitive one;(3) There is significant difference of learning strategies between the groups of high score and low score;(4) Mother tongue strategy is negatively and significantly correlated with CET-4 scores while the other six learning strategies are positively and significantly correlated with them.(5)Meg-cognition strategy and compensation strategy can predict CET-4 scores positively while mother tongue strategy can predict them negatively.The results indicate that the college teachers shall train learning strategies to increase the students' efficiency in English study.
