摘要
提出一种基于GIS和专家系统的电能质量监测WEB系统,该系统能对电能质量监测数据进行深入的分析和展示。该系统分为监测设备层、数据采集层、数据应用层。数据应用层采用GIS界面对电能质量监测点的相关信息进行展示,同时采用专家系统对监测系统进行电能质量综合评估、暂降原因识别、谐波发射水平估计和电能质量事件空间分析,该系统能够深入分析系统的电能质量情况。
A power quality monitoring Web system based on GIS and expert system is proposed,which can deeply analyze and show power quality monitoring data. The system is divided into monitoring device layer, data acquisition layer and data application layer. At data application layer, GIS interface is used to show information from power quality monitoring points, and at the same time expert system is used to assess comprehensively the power quality, identify reasons of voltage sag, estimate harmonic emission level and analyze power quality events. The system can deeply analyze power quality of system.
