柴油发电机作应急保安电源在岩滩电厂的应用

Application of Diesel Generator as Emergency Power in Yantan Power Plant

为了应对全厂交流失电的风险,在全厂"黑启动"的情况下能快速成功恢复机组供电,岩滩电厂增设了柴油发电机作为应急保安电源。通过对机组"黑启动"负荷需求分析,确定了柴油发电机型号,在电气接线方式上对柴油发电机出线断路器"合闸"回路引入了进线断路器、母联断路器的常闭接点,有效防止了"非同期"并列。通过调试投入生产使用,摸索出了一套日常维护管理经验,成功解决了蓄电池电压下降、充电机发热等问题。

In order to avoid the risk of AC power loss in whole station,and to restore power supplying quickly under ＂black startup＂ condition,the diesel generator was installed as an emergency power in Yantan hydropower station. By analyzing the demand of ＂black startup＂ to the load of units, the type of diesel generator was decided and the normally closed switch contact of in breaker and bridge breaker was added in the ＂closing＂ circuit of diesel generator outlet breaker which can effectively prevent the ＂asynchronous＂ closing. Based on the debugging and operating, a set of daily maintenance experiences has been summarized, which has solved problems such as the voltage drop of battery, the overheat of charging generator and so on.
