摘要
对国华惠州电厂330 MW机组锅炉SCR脱硝系统在运行中频繁出现蒸发器入口氨气压力偏低,导致脱硝效率下降的主要原因进行分析,提出通过运行操作解决脱硝氨气压力偏低的措施。实施后脱硝蒸发器入口氨气压力恢复至设计压力。通过对蒸发器内杂质的化学成分及存在原因进行分析,制定并实施了相应的控制措施,保证脱硝系统正常稳定运行。
Reasons of frequently occurred low ammonia pressure at the inlet of evaporator during the operation of 330MW Boiler SCR denitrification system in Guohua Huizhou power plant, are analyzed, which leduced the efficiency of denitrification. Measures to solve the problem by the operation manipulation are proposed, which resumed the ammonia pressure at the inlet of denitrifica|ion evaporator to its design value. Control measures has been made and executed based on the analysis of impurity's chemical component and occurrence reason in the evaporator, which guaranteed the stability operation of denitrification system.
