摘要
分析了由于辐射温度计发射率与标准黑体辐射校准发射率设定值不一致,导致辐射温度计对检测校准结果产生的影响。采用全辐射定点比较法进行检测校准,以更能接近反映真实测温结果修正方法及典型检测校准计算结果,使辐射温度计检测校准结果更趋于真值。
The influence of radiation thermometer to test calibration result is analyzed,which is cause by the inconsistence of set values between radiation thermometer emissivity ratio and standard blackbody radiation calibration emissivity ratio. It is proposed that the total radiation fixed point comparison method should be used in the test calibration, which can make the test calibration result of radiation thermometer more tend to its actual value by using the correction method which can more reflect the actual temperature measurement results and typical test calibration calculation result.
