摘要
探讨供热改造供热管道中设计的几个典型问题。通过对施工图设计过程的归纳总结、施工过程及运行后反馈情况验证,优化、简化供热管道设计是否合理可行。情况表明:所采取的管道优化、简化设计是合理且可行的。适当采用新型的补偿方式、自带保温的管部、合理选用较大的支吊架允许间距、使用供汽联箱等方式,可以降低工程造价并提高运行经济性。
Several typical problems of heat supply pipe design in the heat supply modification are discussed. The summarization of design process of shop drawing, and the feedback during the construction and operation are used to verify the rationality and feasibility of the optimal and simplified heat supply design. It is found that the optimal and simplified design of heat pipe is reasonable and feasible, which can reduce the project cost and improve the operation economy by adopting new type of compensation, self-heat-insulation pipe, reasonable bigger permitted distance of support hanger and steam header.
