今年是国企实现改革和脱困三年目标的最后一年 ,也是决战之年。中央领导同志曾多次强调要加强和改善国企管理 ,提高管理水平。编者最近通过走访 ,了解到涂料企业的经营者在管理创新方面做了不少工作 ,从本期起 ,将分别介绍各企业的运作动态。
