摘要
以硬脂酸为基本原料,酰氯化后得硬脂酰氯,再与聚乙二醇(400)进行酯化反应,合成聚乙二醇(400)硬脂酸酯非离子表面活性剂。探讨了物料配比、反应时间、温度对合成反应的影响。合成反应的最佳条件为:反应温度100℃,时间1.0 h,硬脂酰氯:聚乙二醇=1.1:1(摩尔比)。
The tilled compound used as nonionic surfactant was synthesized by reaction of stearic acid with phosphorous trichloride and reaction of obtained stearyl chloride with polyethylene glycol(400). The effects of molar ratio of reactants, time and temperature on the reaction have been examined. The reaction was carried out at 100 C for 1.0 h with a ratio of stearyl chloride /polyethylene glycol = 1.1 :1.
