化工一厂增塑剂装置实现了由50 kt/a到70 kt/a的扩容技术改造。在保证产品质量的前提下,缩短了酯化时间,降低了产品能耗。以不到装置总投资5％的费用,获得了扩大40％负荷的回报。对该装置的背景及扩容过程进行了回顾,阐述了技术改造的方案选择及主要项目的实施情况。

The capacity of DOP Unit in No. 1 Chemical Plant was increased from 50,000 ton/a to 70, 000 ton/a with shorter time of esterization and lower energy comsumption without changinge the quanlity of the product. The capacity was increased by 40% at the expense of less than 5% of total in-vestment of the unit. The background and precedure of capacity increase are reviewed. Selection of the technology options and implement of main projects are outlined.
