构建职业教育体系必须厘清的几个关系

Some relations to be clarified for the construction of vocational education system

目前,职业教育体系构建或者说现代职业教育体系构建问题已成为职业教育管理者和研究者关注的一个热门话题,建立一个从中职到博士层次的、独立的、完善的、封闭的职业教育体系,体现了计划经济思维模式对教育的影响。要建立一个职业教育体系,它必然是以职业培训为基础,以中等职业教育为补充,以高等职业技术教育为主体,向上融合到普通高等教育的一个既相对独立,又与普通高等教育相融合的开放体系。

At present,the problem of system construction of vocational education or modern vocational education has been a hot topic for managers and researchers of vocational education,i.e.a so-called independent,perfect,and closed vocational and educational system of secondary to doctoral levels,reflecting the impact of planned economical thought on education.We should construct a system of vocational education based on vocational training and supplemented by secondary vocational education.Higher vocational and technical education should be regarded as its main body of the system and be integrated into general higher education.The system then could be relative independent,open and combined with general higher education.
