During the popularization of higher education,local colleges and universities inevitably face the problems of financial,faculty,source of students and so on,and even a survival crisis and development dilemmas.To get rid of the predicament of development,local colleges and universities must give top priority to a prominent and unique educational philosophy and irreplaceable characteristics by the scientific orientation,local service and innovative development model,so as to achieve the sustainable development.
