近年来,案例教学在管理教育中的影响力日益增强,作为一种辅助的教学方法,案例教学在应用于本科管理教育时,有必要根据本科管理教育的特点进行模式创新.初步探讨了本科工商管理教育的特点及案例教学的应用.

Case teaching exerts an increasingly big influence on management education in recent years. More and more business schools try to use case teaching as a supplementary method. When using case teaching in under-graduate education of business administration, we should do some adjustments to meet the needs of undergraduate education. This paper discusses the attributes of undergraduate education of business administration and the meth-ods to apply case teaching in undergraduate education so as to improve teaching effects.
