摘要
简要介绍了导流式带压堵漏技术的原理,对泄漏量大、泄漏压力高、泄漏介质具有危害性的泄漏实施带压堵漏,可采用导流式带压堵漏技术。应用该技术时,首先将泄漏介质导流至安全的地方,然后再进行紧固导流式带压堵漏器作业。因此在紧固导流式带压堵漏器作业时,作业人员可以少接触甚至不接触泄漏介质,在导流式带压堵漏器紧固作业完成后将其导流球阀关闭,即完成带压堵漏作业。
The fundamental principles of diversion type pressure plugging technology were simply presented.For those leaking accident with large leakage,high pressure and dangerous medium,when blocking the leakage in pressure on-line,the diversion type pressure plugging technology could be used.First,the medium must be transmited to a safe place,then fastening the plugging divice and tightening should be conducted.So the operating personnel can less even without touch the leaked dangerous medium.The plugging in pressure on-line is completed successful after closing the diversion valve.
