抗吡虫啉、高效氯氰菊酯棉蚜品系的室内筛选及适合度研究 被引量:3

Study on Laboratory Screening for Resistance and Fitness of Cotton Aphid Aphis gossypii Glover to Imidacloprid and Beta-cypermethrin

摘要 利用吡虫啉和高效氯氰菊酯汰选棉蚜的敏感品系获得抗吡虫啉和抗高效氯氰菊酯的棉蚜品系,并通过生命表方法研究对比了棉蚜敏感品系与抗性品系适合度。结果表明:RRF12抗吡虫啉=7.90,RRF12抗高效氯氰菊酯=10.04。轮换使用吡虫啉和高效氯氰菊酯对棉蚜进行抗性筛选11代后,2种药剂的抗药性倍数分别为RRF11抗吡虫啉=5.40和RRF11抗高效氯氰菊酯=6.43。与敏感品系相比,抗性品系棉蚜的抗吡虫啉品系、抗高效氯氰菊酯,抗吡虫啉与高效氯氰菊酯的品系净生殖率的适合度分别为0.7658、0.8887和0.8110;内禀增长率的适合度分别为0.8955、0.8359和0.7569。比较棉蚜的敏感品系与棉蚜的抗吡虫啉及抗高效氯氰菊酯品系,抗吡虫啉品系中的谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶高于敏感品系,抗高效氯氰菊酯品系的羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶高于敏感品系。 The sensitive strains of A.gossypi were screened by imidacloprid and beta-cypermethrin and the resistant strains were obtained.The fitness of resistant and sensitive strains of A.gossypii was compared by constructing life table.The results showed that the sensitive strains after selecting RRF12 was 7.90 with imidacloprid and 10.04 with Beta-cypermethrin.11 generations after resistance screening by rotational use of imidacloprid and beta-cypermethrin for cotton aphid,the resistance times of the two insecticides were 6.43 and 5.40 respectively.Comparison of the resistant and sensitive strains of cotton aphid,net reproductive rate values for ImR,BeR and ImBeR were 0.7658,0.8887,0.8110 respectively,intrinsic rate of population growth rates was 0.8955,0.8359,0.7569 respectively.The contents of glutathione-S-transferase(GSTs) shift in the resistant strains to imidacloprid were higher than the sensitive strains,and the contents of carboxylesterase and GSTs in resistant strains of cotton aphid to beta-cypermethrin were higher than the sensitive strains.
