唐古特白刺水溶性化学成分研究

Study on Water-Soluble Chemical Constituents of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.

对唐古特白刺Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.果实的化学成分进行研究。采用溶剂提取,多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和光谱分析鉴定结构,结果显示从水溶性部位分离得到4个单体化合物和一对异构体组成的混合物,4个单体化合物经鉴定分别为对羟基苯甲酸(1)、对羟基苯甲醛(4)、糠酸(5)和(-)-(1S,3S)-1-甲基-1,2,3,4-四氢咔啉-3-羧酸(6),一对异构体的结构鉴定为(E)-香豆酸(2)和(Z)-香豆酸(3)。其中化合物1,3-6为首次从白刺属中分离得到。

To investigate the chemical constituents of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr..Compounds were isolated by solvent extraction,chromatography on silica gel,sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC.The structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Four individual compounds and a mixture of a pair of isomers were isolated from the extract of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr..The structures of the individual compounds were identified as p-hydroxybenzoic acid（1）;p-hydroxybenzaldehyde（4）;2-Furoic acid（5）;（-）-（1S,3S）-1-Methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-carboline-3-carboxylic acid（6）.And the isomers were identified as（E）-Coumaric acid（2）and（Z）-Coumaric acid（3）.
