脊柱融合内固定术后邻近节段的退行性变研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究与分析脊柱融合内固定术后邻近节段的退行性变,有利于改进与发展脊柱融合内固定这种手术方法。方法该研究选择80例接受脊柱融合内固定手术治疗的患者进行研究,在手术结束后对这些患者进行随访。结果随访4年后发现这些患者当中有3例出现邻近节段退行性变,其发生率为3.75%。随访5年后发现这些患者当中出现邻近节段退行性变增加为13例,其发生率为16.25%。结论在一般情况下,在接受脊柱融合内固定手术治疗之后随着时间的不断延长,邻近节段退行性变的发生也会随之不断增多,情况也会更加严重,同时邻近节段退行性变在头侧的发生率与尾侧相比明显比较高。邻近节段退行性变的主要影响因素为融合方法、融合节段的数量、融合内固定的方法、患者的性别以及年龄。现如今对这种情况进行的治疗,效果并不理想,在未来对邻近节段退行性变进行治疗的一个方向是人工椎间盘置换术。
