我国速滑运动员体能训练分类构成指标研究综述

A Review of Research on Sorting Indexes of Physical Ability Training for National Short Distance Speed Skaters

文章采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对我国速滑运动员体能训练的3个主要方面——身体形态、生理机能和运动素质的研究现状进行了系统梳理。对比分析和归纳总结的结果显示:国内对此的研究总体来说,范围较窄,不够深入,定性描述较多,定量研究较少;研究多从微观入手,过多关注具体指标本身,即主要研究运动员之间在某一或某些指标方面的表现特点及差异情况,而对这些指标与专项体能及运动成绩的关系则缺乏定量分析;综合探讨速滑运动员,特别是优秀运动员体能水平状况的研究较为欠缺。

By using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this review systemically investigates the present situation of research on physical fitness training in terms of physical shape, physiological function and physical performance. By contrasting and concluding, the results show that the research scope is narrow; qualitative research is more, quantitative research is less; research pays more attention to the indexes, that is to say, to the representative characteristics and differences in one index or many, but neglects the relation- ship between these indexes and physical ability and physical achievements. At the same time, it lacks some research on physical ability of short distance speed skaters by mixing the indexes.
