经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管在神经外科危重患者中的应用

PICC in Critically Ill Patients in the Neurosurgery

目的探讨PICC在神经外危重患者中应用的常见并发症及护理对策。方法对57例神经外科危重患者施行PICC置管术后的并发症原因进行分析。结果 57例患者中均置管成功,出现送管困难3例,静脉炎2例,导管异位2例,导管堵塞1例,穿刺点渗血5例。结论 PICC技术为神经外科危重患者提供安全方便的输液途径,减少了反复静脉穿刺对于患者的不必要痛苦,对于不同原因导致并发症的妥善处理,能够确保导管在临床工作中的合理使用,为神经外科危重患者的救治提供有力保障。

Objective To explore the application of PICC in critically ill patients outside the nerve and nursing care of common complications of countermeasures. Methods 57 cases of critically ill neurosurgical patients with PICC catheter postoperative complication reason analysis. Results 57 patients with catheterization was successful, tube feeding difficulties occurred in 3 cases,2 cases of phlebitis, catheter malposition in 2 cases, catheter obstruction in 1 cases,5 cases of puncture oozing. Conclusion PICC for neurosurgical patients to provide a safe and convenient transfusion approach, reducing the repeated intravenous puncture for patients to unnecessary suffering, for different reasons lead to complications are properly handled, can ensure that the catheter in the clinical work of fair use, for the treatment of critically ill neurosurgical patients to provide strong protection.
