半夏泻心汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎50例疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Banxiaxiexin Decoction on Bile Reflux Gastritis In 50 Cases

目的观察半夏泻心汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将50例确诊患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组采用半夏泻心汤加味治疗,对照组采用西药吗丁啉片,奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,两组4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,服药期间停用其他相关治疗药物。结果治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率72%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Banxiaxiexin decoction on bile reflux gastritis （BRG）. Methods 50 patients with BRG were divided randomLy into treatment group（25 cases） and control group（25 cases）. Control group were given the conventional treatment including motilium tablets, Omeprazole Sodium capsules while Banxiaxiexin decoction was used in treatment group,therapeutic of both groups were observed after two courses of the treatment（60 d）. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（92%） was also significantly higher than that of control group（72%）（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of combined therapy of Banxiaxiexin decoction and Western medicine on BRG is superior to that of only conventional treatment and worth popularizing.
