摘要
现有催化剂、载体或吸附剂等活化设备在活化过程中存在温度不均和产品质量不稳定的缺点 ,研制出的新型装置采用动静联合混合器 ,使装置内的冷热两股物料充分混合 ,达到均温目的 ,物料自上而下旋转移动 ,在装置的加热段 ,自然形成冷热两股物料流 ,当物料流至恒温段时 ,冷热两股物料的混合次数可达到 2 8~ 1 0 ,即 2 56~ 1 0 2 4次 ,故在恒温段的物料温度较均匀。在该装置内活化的每个物料颗粒所经受的活化状态完全一致 。
A new mobile rotary activating device was developed It can make the hot and cold flow well mixed and distributed by means of its moving/static mixer,which results in uniform temperature distribution in equipment and improves quality of the product The material revolves while moving downwards and forms two material flows(hot and cold)in the auto thermal section of the device Mixing times between the two flows can reach 2 8 to 2 10 ,i e ,256 to 1024 times when the material reaches iso thermal section,resulting in a uniform temperature distribution in the section Almost every particles undergoes the same activation process in the device,which guarantees uniformity of the quality of the activated product
