摘要
现有催化剂、载体或吸附剂等活化设备在活化过程中存在温度不均和产品质量不稳定的缺点 ,研制出的新型装置采用动静联合混合器 ,使装置内的冷热两股物料充分混合 ,达到均温目的 ,物料自上而下旋转移动 ,在装置的加热段 ,自然形成冷热两股物料流 ,当物料流至恒温段时 ,冷热两股物料的混合次数可达到 2 8～ 1 0 ,即 2 56～ 1 0 2 4次 ,故在恒温段的物料温度较均匀。在该装置内活化的每个物料颗粒所经受的活化状态完全一致 。
