摘要
目的研究分析克拉霉素联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法以2011年2月—2012年5月该院支气管哮喘患者70例为研究对象,随机将患者分为两组,对照组给予沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗,实验组给予克拉霉素联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗,对比患者的疗效。结果实验组患者治疗效果优于对照组,治疗后哮喘控制优于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者不良反应比较无显著差异,P>0.05。结论克拉霉素联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘具有较高的有效性和安全性。
Objective To have a research about the effectiveness of clarithromycin joint salmeterol/fluticasone used for treating bronchial asthma .Methods To choose 70 cases of patients with bronchial asthma from February 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital, and divided them into two groups randomly. The members in control group are gaven the treatment of salmeterol/fluticasone, others in experimental group the treatement of Clarithromycin joint salmeterol/flutica, then to have a contrast of the two groups＇curative effects. Results The treatment of experimental group is more effective compared with control group with a better management of asthmal （P 〈 0.05）. the comparative of adverse reaction in the two groups has no distinct differences （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion To treat the bronchial asthma by the combination of Clarithromycin and Salmeterol/Fluticasone has a higher effectiveness as well as safeness.
