上消化道出血患者33例的内科护理

The medical nursing of 33 upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients

目的探讨上消化道出血患者的内科护理途径和效果。方法对33例上消化道出血患者治疗的同时,同步进行有效的护理,包括心理护理、一般护理、饮食护理、药物护理、输液护理、急救护理以及健康指导,分析经治疗及护理后的整体效果。结果经过治疗与有效的护理,好转15例,治愈17例,1例死亡;总有效率为97.0%。结论对上消化道出血患者进行有效护理,可以提升治疗效果,减少死亡率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the nursing way and nursing ettect ot upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage pauents. Methods 33 cases were cured, and meanwhile were treated with effective nursing, including psychological nursing, general nursing, diet nursing, drug nursing, transfusion nursing, emergency nursing and health guidance, then analysis the Integral effect after cure and nursing. Results After cured and effective nursing, 15 cases take a turn for the better, 17 case were cured completely, and 1 case died; the total effective ratio was 97.0%. Conclusion Giving upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients effective nursing could improve treatment effect and reduce mortality, we should put it into in the hospital.
