摘要
目的探讨研究提高中医护理技能在护理管理中的应用价值。方法以80名护士随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理管理,实验组重视提高中医护理技能,观察护理质量。结果实验组护理质量提高,P<0.05。结论提高中医护理技能有助于提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the research of Chinese medicine nursing skills in care management. Methods 80 nurses were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine care management, the experimental group, the importance of improving the skills of traditional Chinese medicine nursing observe the quality of care. Results Care to improve the quality of the experimental group, P 〈0.05. Conclusion Chinese medicine nursing skills to help improve the quality of care.
