摘要
随着现代社会经济文化的发展,人们的法律意识和自我保护意识越来越强,加之医患关系的日益紧张,医疗纠纷出现的频率逐渐增多。作为医疗服务的供方,以人为本的人性化服务得到越来越多服务对象的拥戴。作为医疗纠纷协调部门的院长办公室,其崇高职责是努力构建和谐医患关系。而建设和谐医患关系,关键是要加强医患之间的沟通。
With the development of Modern socio-economic and culture and the growing of peoples' perception on law and self- protection in our country, additionally, the increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients makes the frequency medical disputes gradually increasing. As the Coordination department of medical dispute, it' s lofty duties make efforts to building harmonious physician-patient relationship. The key is Strengthened communication between doctors and patients.
