摘要
介绍了生物法苹果酸L(-) -苹果酸的特殊性质 ,讨论了其生产方法和分离方法 ,指出了L(-) -苹果酸应用的发展方向。
Special properties of malic acid by biosynthesis method have been introduced in this paper, and its preparating and seperating ways were discussed. Malic acid application and developing trends were also pionted out.
