摘要
利用离子交换树脂纯化和分离玉米淀粉糖在 5 0年代初得到了应用。按照已开发的技术 ,开发了玉米淀粉在酸 (或 )酶的作用下转化成糖浆。用碳和离子交换树脂处理 ,减少其颜色及灰分 ,生产出一种质量稳定的玉米淀粉糖液 ,或用做深加工工艺过程中的原料 ,通过离子交换过程除去灰分、蛋白质及色泽 ,可增加糖浆色泽的长期稳定性而不用加入二氧化硫 ,因成品中如有二氧化硫将对人体产生过敏反应 ,制糖及食品工业使用离子交换树脂供脱钙、除盐、脱色、色谱分离及去除离子等用途 ,离子交换树脂在纯化和分离玉米淀粉糖中的应用则是本论文主题。
The purification and separating corn starch sugar with ion exchange resin have been applied in the early of 1950s. According to the developed technologies, the corn starch was inverted into the treacle under the acid or enzyme condition, then dealed with carbon or ion exchange resin in order to reduce the ash and color, a corn starch sugar solution of stable quality was produced, or the materials used in the craft of deep process passing through ion exchange to remove ash, protein color so as to keep the long stability of treacle color without SO 2, which could caused allergic reaction keeping in end-product. Using ion exchange resin in sugar industry and the foodstuff for the application of decalcification, desalt, decoloring, chromatographic separation of corn starch sugar are the thesis of this paper.
