摘要 近十多年间我国高浓度磷复肥有了较大发展,但N、P_2O_5、K_2O比例仍不能满足农业要求,发展高浓度磷复肥仍是化肥工业今后技术进步的方向和重点 介绍西班牙T.R联合技术公司磷复肥生产中管式反应器、文丘里洗涤器、造粒机等的工艺参数和技术特点,指出其管式反应器可在低含水量下操作,后系统设备小,节能降耗。 The last decade has witnessed a remarkable development in Chinese production of high-concentration phosphate compound fertilizers, however, the ratio N· P2O5·K2O still cannot meet agricultural demands.So.it is still the direction and focus of future technical progress in the chemical fertilizer industry to develop high-concentration phosphate compound fertilizers. The paper describes process parameters and technical features of the pipe reactor,the venturi scrubber,and the granulator developed by Spanish TECNICAS REUNIDAS for production of phosphate compound fertilizers.and points out that its pipe reactor can be operated at the condition of low water content and the after-system equipment is small in size,thereby saving energy and lowering consumption.
