摘要
喷雾干燥是一个重要的单元操作,雾滴黏附于塔内壁引起结疤是普遍现象。根据高分子界面科学理论,分析了某种料液在某类材料表面是否易黏附可用表面张力来判别,固体材料的临界表面张力越小,料液的表面张力与固体的临界表面张力之差越大,则不易黏附。聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯等高分子材料是减轻塔壁结疤可选用的材料,并提出了用这些材料做内衬层的结构。
The spray drying is an important umt operation,but it is a common phenomenon that spray drops adhere to the inner wall of the tower,thus causing scars. On the basis of the theory of high-molecular interface science, the paper concludes that it can be judged by the surface tension whether a liquid is likely to adhere to the surface of a certain kind of material or not ,i.e. the smaller the critical surface tension of a certain material,the greater the difference between the surface tension of the liquid and the critical surface tension of the solid,and the less likely adhesive action occurs.The paper recommends polytetrafluoroethylene,polypropylene,polyethylene and other high-molecular materials that can alleviate the scarring problem,and suggests the structure of the inner lining made of these materials.
