开展创先争优活动和学习型党组织建设是我党加强自身建设的两大重要举措,在创先争优的视域下,积极探索并构建高校学习型党组织制度、目标、载体和保障,形成高校学习型党组织体系,从而使高校各级党组织和广大党员通过学习充分体现其先进性,进而推动高等教育事业的发展。

The activities of striving for superiority and the construction of learning party organization are two major important measure of our party strengthening own construction. In the view of striving for superiority, exploring and constructing the system, target, carrier, security of the learning party roganization, forming the college learning party organization ,which make all party organizations in colleges and the majority of party members embody fully progressiveness, thus can promote the development of higher education.
