加强大学生创新意识的培养是提升其就业能力的有效途径。文章以土建类大学生为研究对象,从"提升毕业生就业率、提高就业质量"的目标出发,对高校学生和就业工作提出建议。

Enhancing college students＇ innovative consciousness is an effective way of advancing their em- ployment ability. In this paper, we utilize a junior of civil construction in Heilongjiang province as the re- search object, and set up employment rate ascension and employment quality improvement as a target, put for- ward a series of feasible suggestions for the college work of students and employment.
