基于生态功能区划的哈尔滨市生态旅游分区研究

A Study on the Zoning of Ecological Tourism in Harbin Based on the Ecological Functional Regionalization

生态功能区划作为科学开展生态环境保护工作的重要手段,是指导产业布局、资源开发的重要依据。本文以哈尔滨市保护类、恢复类、建设类和开发类四类生态功能区为基础,根据四类生态功能区的不同服务功能和产业准入标准对哈尔滨市生态旅游进行分区,有助于推动哈尔滨市旅游与生态保护协调、健康发展。

The ecological functional regionalization is the important method to scientifically protect the ecological environment and it is the base to guide the industrial distribution and the exploitation of resources. This paper zones the ecological tourism in Harbin according to not only the results of ecological functional regional- ization including protecting functional region, recovering functional region, constructing functional region and developing functional region, but also the different serving function and industrial admittance standard. It will promote the harmonious developments of tourism and ecological protection.
