摘要 特色专业作为高校的核心资源与特质资源,是打造高校品牌的重要因素,加强特色专业建设是提升高校生存能力与竞争能力的关键,因而高校的特色专业建设越来越受到重视。文章主要介绍了我校食品学院在畜产品加工特色专业建设中发挥优势,通过深入细致的专业素质教育,并且在专业建设中勇于对实践教学进行改革和创新,取得了可喜成果。同时,为实现培养目标社会需求化和培养模式多样化,着力培养具有实践能力、适应社会发展的高素质人才探索出新的思路。 As the core and material resources, characteristic specialty is an important element in the colleges and universities. Intensifying the construction of characteristic specialty is the key to promote the viability and competitiveness of colleges and universities, so it is taken more seriously. In this paper, the advantage in construction of characteristic specialty of animal products processing was mainly introduced. By deepening painstakingly professional quality education and the reform and innovation of practical teaching in construction of specialty, remarkable accomplishment has been yielded. Meanwhile to achieve training goal of social needs and training mode diversification, efforts to train high - quality talents with practical ability and ability to adapt to the social development has been made, which will explore new ideas and concepts.
