热处理对Al/Fe_2O_3纳米铝热剂性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以氯化铁为前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Al/Fe2O3纳米铝热剂。用XRD、TGA/DSC研究了煅烧温度和煅烧时间对Al/Fe2O3纳米铝热剂晶型结构和热性能的影响。结果表明,在相同煅烧时间内,Al晶粒尺寸随煅烧温度的增加而减小,铝热剂固-固反应的放热量先增加后减小;在相同煅烧温度下,Al/Fe2O3热失重随煅烧时间的增加而减小,铝热剂固-固反应放热量增加,热失重控制在2.2%以内,铝热剂固-固反应的放热量提高30%。Al/Fe2O3的最佳燃烧温度和燃烧时间为300℃下煅烧5h。 The Al/Fe2O3 nano-thermites were prepared by sol-gel method using FeCl3·6H2O as precursor.The effects of calcination temperature and calcination time on the crystal structure and thermal performance of Al/Fe2O3 nano-thermites were investigated by XRD and TGA/DSC.The results show that,in the same calcination time,the crystal grain size of Al decreases with increasing the calcination temperature,and the heat releases of the nano-thermites solid-solid reaction first increases and then decreases.At the same calcination temperature,the mass loss decreases to 2.2% with the calcination time increasing,while there is a 30% increase in heat releases of the nano-thermites.The optimal calcinaion temperature and time were 300℃ and 5 h,respectively.
