纳米Fe_2O_3/AP/HTPB复合粒子的制备与表征

摘要 为解决复合推进剂中超细高氯酸铵(AP)易吸湿、团聚以及纳米催化剂Fe2O3易团聚的问题,用陶瓷膜-反溶剂法制备纳米Fe2O3/AP复合粒子,用溶剂蒸发法在其表面包覆端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB),制备出纳米Fe2O3/AP/HTPB复合粒子,用SEM、HRTEM、FT-IR、ICP和XRD等对Fe2O3/AP/HTPB复合粒子进行表征,测定了其吸湿性能。结果表明,Fe2O3/AP/HTPB复合粒子中纳米Fe2O3均匀分散,外层包覆的HTPB阻止了超细AP的吸湿。 To solve the problem of moisture absorption and aggregation of superfine ammonium perchlorate(AP) and the aggregation of nano-sized Fe2O3 catalysts in composite propellants,the Fe2O3/AP/HTPB composite nanoparticles were prepared via preparation of the Fe2O3/AP composite nanoparticles by ceramic membrane anti-solvent crystallization(CMASC) method and coating of the outer-shell hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) on the surface of Fe2O3/AP composite nanoparticles by solvent evaporating method.SEM,HRTEM,FT-IR,ICP and XRD were used to characterize the resultant composite nanoparticles.The moisture absorption property of the Fe2O3/AP/HTPB composite nanoparticles was measured.The results show that Fe2O3 nanoparticles exhibit better dispersion within the as-prepared composite nanoparticles.The outer compact HTPB shell could prevent the moisture absorption of the superfine AP effectively.
