压水堆核电站主管道焊缝理化性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 压水堆核电站主管道是低碳奥氏体不锈钢大厚壁管道,在核电机组运行期间,承载着高温、高压、高放射性的冷却剂。目前,在国内主管道的焊接过程中,主要存在两种焊接工艺:钨极氩弧焊+焊条电弧焊(TIG+SMAW)和窄间隙自动焊(TOCE)。该文根据RCC-M焊接工艺评定和产品焊接见证件破坏性试验的相关规定,对比分析了上述两种焊接工艺下焊缝的理化性能。通过对比分析,发现窄间隙自动焊焊缝的理化性能与钨极氩弧焊+焊条电弧焊相比得到较大提升。 PWR primary coolant pipes are large thick--walled low carbon austenitic stainless steel pipess they carry high temperature, great pressure and huge radioactivity coolant during the operation.Nowadays in our nation, there are two kinds of welding procedures in the primary coolant pipes weld: argon tungsten arc welding -t- manual arc welding (TIG't'SMAW) and narrow--gap automatic welding (TOCE).Based on the rules of destructive test prescribed by RCC--M WELDING PROCEDURE QUALIFICATION and PRODUCTION WELD TEST COUPONS, we compares and analyses the physical and chemical properties of each welding procedure in the paper.Through comparisons and analyses, we discover that it is a better improvement for welded joints' physical and chemical properties to adopt TOCE than TIG+SMAW.
