直度测量仪设计构思

直度测量仪是针对目前钢管在检验过程中的拉线法,使用人工测量,误差大,效率低,而且耗费人力较多的情况而设计的。该直度测量仪用机械装置使测量线固定在钢管两端,只要一个人即可完成测量工作。结构简单,使用方便,节省人力。

Straightness measuring instrument which can be used in steel pipe straightness detection was developed .In using artificial measurement there was big error, low efficiency, and the human cost more. The straightness measuring instrument can make the measure lines fixed in steel end. Only one person can do measurement. This structure was simple, this measurement method was easy, and can save manpower.
