独立学院体育教师心理契约实证研究

A Study on Psychological Contract of Physical Education Teachers in Independent Colleges

以山西省八所独立学院的体育教师为研究对象,分析发现独立学院体育教师心理契约中包含独立学院学院责任和体育教师自身责任,体育教师对学院责任和教师自身责任的认知感不同;独立学院体育教师心理契约中",学院责任"和"教师责任"彼此的履行程度好坏之间存在着内在的关联性,主要表现在教师责任各因素都对学院责任中的学院规范型责任的影响。

This paper has chosen the physical education teachers in 8 independent colleges as the study targets,and through the analysis found that independent college sports teachers＇ psychological contract contains independent college physical education teachers responsibility and liability,physical education teachers of Independent College Teachers＇ responsibility and responsibility are different.Through the correlation and recurrence analysis,there is internal correlation between the performances of the ＂college＇s obligations＂ and ＂teacher＇s obligations＂,which mainly manifests the influence on the college＇s obligations brought by each factor of the teacher＇s obligations.
