摘要
利用响应面法对香菇纤维素衍生物GPX制备工艺进行优化.根据中心组合试验设计原理,采用3因素3水平响应面分析法,对各个因素的显著性和交互作用进行分析.结果表明:香菇纤维素衍生物GPX的最优制备工艺条件为:提取温度130℃、液固比200∶1、提取时间20 min、提取次数1次,且采用响应面优化法对香菇纤维素衍生物GPX的制备条件进行优化合理可靠.
Response surface methodology was used to optimize the preparation processing of L.edodes cellulose derivatives GPX.Based on the analysis of significance of three factors and cross-interaction among factors,the results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 130 ℃,the ratio of liquid to soild 200∶1,extraction time 20 min,extraction times 1.It is reasonable and reliable of optimizing the conditions of preparation the mushrooms cellulose derivatives GPX by response surface analysis.
