Beneficial Conflict and Coordination Mechanism of Tea Geographical Indications Protection

茶叶地理标志保护涉及茶农、茶业企业、消费者及地方政府等多方利益。本文分析了茶叶地理标志保护在实施过程中的利益冲突主体,以及不同利益主体间的博弈关系。在此基础上,探讨我国茶叶地理标志保护的利益冲突根源主要在于茶叶企业滥用标志、销售商的"搭便车"行为,以及短期利益的资源掠夺和茶叶地理标志长期利益间的矛盾等方面。结合茶叶地理标志保护的工作实际,提出我国茶叶地理标志保护的利益协调机制。
