适应区域经济社会发展方式转变与产业结构调整、为提高教学质量而增强专业特色即"适应性"与"特色性",是高职院校专业建设的两个基本维度。基于适应性与特色性的高职院校专业建设的内涵与特征、动机与取向,揭示了以专业设置与专业结构、培养目标与课程体系、环境资源与专业管理为要素的专业建设的内在机理。

To adapt to the change in the social development method and the adjustment of industrial structure of regional economy,higher vocational colleges are trying to enhance professional features to improve the quality of teaching.The so-called ＂adaptability＂ and ＂features＂ are two basic dimensions of specialty construction in higher vocational colleges.Based on adaptability and features,connotation and characteristics,motivations and orientations of specialty construction in higher vocational colleges has revealed the internal mechanism of specialty construction,with specialty setting and professional structure,training objectives and the curriculum,environmental resources and professional management as the factors of specialty development.
