职业院校学生顶岗实习制度是指保障职业院校学生顶岗实习活动正常开展的各项规程、行动准则,或规范体系,它规范学生顶岗实习涉及各方的权利与义务,规范学生顶岗实习过程中理论教学与技能实训、日常管理、实习评价、权益保障等多个方面。我国职业院校学生顶岗实习制度产生时间不长,大体经历了初步提出、逐步完善、基本成熟三个阶段。

Vocational Colleges＇students post practice system means the various rules,guidelines,or standard system to guarantee post practice activities carriing out normally.It regulates student post practice involving the rights and obligations of the parties,and for student post practice in the process of theoretical teaching and the skill training,daily management,practice evaluation and protection of rights and interests,etc..The post practice system of vocational college students has not a long time,and generally goes through three stages of preliminary putting forward,progressive perfecting and basical maturity.
