摘要
以我国西部、中部、东部三地的418位高职教师为例,探究组织政治知觉对高职教师组织公民行为的影响,以及首次检验工作不安全感在其中是否存在调节效应。结果表明,组织政治知觉、工作不安全感分别与高职教师组织公民行为具有负相关,但都不具有统计学意义;工作不安全感有助于增强组织政治知觉对高职教师组织公民行为的负向影响。
Taking 418 vocational college teachers from western,middle or eastern China as examples,this paper explores the impact of perception of organization politics on organizational citizenship behavior of vocational college teachers and whether job insecurity can moderate the relationship between them is tested for the first time.It is found that perception of organization politics and job insecurity have not a significant negative influence on organizational citizenship behavior of vocational college teachers.Good job insecurity helps in reducing the negative effect of perception of organization politics on organizational citizenship behavior of vocational college teachers.
