摘要
首先介绍机械式冷藏集装箱制冷机组的功能和使用要求,并对运输冷却货物和冷冻货物2种不同物品时制冷机组容量调节的相应要求进行论述;然后分析集装箱制冷机组容量调节需要满足的2个条件,并与常规节流机构在调节系统制冷量时的要求进行对比分析;最后针对运输冷却货物时集装箱箱内温控精度要求高的特点,分别介绍当前集装箱制冷机组中常见的吸气节流、多机并联运行和数码涡旋卸载这3种容量调节方式,并对这几种调节方式的系统原理和工作特点进行分析,论述吸气节流和热气旁通这2种容量调节方式的区别。
Firstly,the function and use requirements of mechanical container refrigeration unit are introduced,and the different requirements of capacity-regulating methods are discussed when transporting chilled and frozen food.Secondly,the two conditions of capacity-regulating for container refrigeration unit are anaylzed,and differences and relations with general throttling machine are compared when regulating cooling capacity.Finally,according to the characteristics of high temperature control precision in the container,the common capacity-regulating methods of container refrigeration unit are introduced,namely suction gas modulation,parallel compressors operation,and digital scroll unloading.The system principles and working characteristics of three capacity-regulating methods are anaylzed,and the differences of suction gas modulation and hot-gas by-pass are discussed.
