摘要 将掺合或不掺合有机助磨剂的锆英砂装入普通湿法球磨机中进行研磨 ,并将磨细的粉料混入卫生陶瓷釉料中烧成 ,对比测试结果显示 :有机助磨剂的加入不仅大幅度提高研磨效率 ,降低锆英砂粉料的最终细度 ,还能提高釉面白度。 For comparison,zircon sand was ground in a wet ball mill with and porcelain glaze for glost firing.The comparative testing results showed that the addition of grinding aid incerased the grinding efficiency and decreased the final particle size,also enhanced the whiteness of the glaze. Key words Organic grinding aid Zircon Particle size Whitenessmounts of bubble and the surface is relatively static Therefore the packing self developed is put into cell,so that the combined bubbles can be dispersed once again,some kinetic energy is consumed and the turbulence in cell is reduced That improves the separation behavior more effectively Bsaed on above,a new way is provided for developing the new high effective equipment of air spraying flotation
