论云南热职院国际教育合作的路径——基于中泰国际教育合作政策的研究

International Education Cooperation at Yunnan Vocational College of Tropical Crops:A Study of Educational Cooperation Policies between China & Thailand

以云南热职院国际教育合作为例,分析了云南热职院"走出去"发展的现状和主客观制约因素,认为中泰两国政府在高等教育合作层面所出台的系列政策具有助推作用,合作的路径是通畅的,由此提出:提高主观理念上的认识,在客观现实中搭建平台是解决目前制约因素的主要路径。

Taking the international cooperation at Yunnan Vocational College of Tropical Crops as an ex- ample, this paper first analyzes the present situation and existing subjective constraints of the college for implementing the ＂go global＂ strategy. It believes that a series of policies about higher education cooper- ation between China and Thailand boost and facilitate the cooperation. Hence, it proposes that the way to get rid of the constraints is to promote subjective ideas and build up a cooperative platform in reality.
