摘要
向云南省3所高职院校的管理者、教师和学生随机发放影响高职院校教书育人工作的因素调查表650份,收回调查表581份,其中有效调查表543份,有效率为93.46%。在543份有效调查表样本中,管理者样本为54份,占总样本的9.9%;教师样本为173份,占总样本的31.9%;学生样本为316份,占总样本的58.2%,呈现出以学生为主体、教师次之、管理者居后的样本格局。通过对调查表的定量研究,分析影响高职院校教书育人工作的因素,并找出了其中主要的和相对次要的因素,结合这些因素分析目前高职院校教书育人状况和存在问题的原因,提出改进的建议。
Among a total of 650 questionnaires conducting to staff, teachers and students respectively at three vocational colleges in Yunnan, 581 answered ones are available and the valid 543 samples account for 93.46%. Among the 543, 54 for staff , 173 for teachers and 316 for students, accounting for 9.9%, 31.9% , and 58.2% separately, the ratios present different roles of the subjects in the research. By the quantitative research, this paper first studies the influencing factors in teaching & cultivating students at vocational colleges and finds out both the key and minor factors. Then it analyzes the present situation and existing problems, and finally offers improving proposals.
