摘要
采用美国Jacques(2001)的调查问卷,从工作满意度、职业导向、工作毅力、教学领悟能力和文化差异度5个方面调查了44位汉语教师的动机强度,发现教师对其所从事的教学工作的内部动机高于外部动机;旨在引起人们对高校对外汉语教师教学动机的重视,并提出加强对外汉语教师教学动机的建议。
By means of Stephen R. Jacques'five-dimensional questionnaire concerning job satisfaction, career orientation, perseverance, aptitude and cultural differences, this paper investigates 44 TCSL teachers' teaching motivation in two universities and finds that their intrinsic motivations are stronger than extrinsic ones, which is worth being called attention to. It also puts forward some suggestions to enhance TCSL teachers' teaching motivation.
