在对培训项目评估理论进行深入研究的基础上,应用培训项目评估研究成果,开展了针对多个单位的培训项目评估工作,总结了企业培训项目运作中的典型经验做法,发现了培训项目管理和运作中存在的关键问题,提出了加强培训项目规范化管理和改进培训项目评估工作的建议。

On the basis of indepth study of training project evaluation theories and using the research findings of training project evaluations, SINOPEC launches a range of evaluations on the training projects of multiple compa nies, through which key problems are identified in the management and operation of training projects, and sugges tions are proposed on how to enhance the standardized management of training projects as well as on how to better evaluate training projects.
